  • How do I apply for services?

    To open a merchant with, you’ll need to fill out a short application form. Once you’ve submitted your application our Sales team will contact you for a follow up discussion within 24 hours. We will help you identify the best payment and/or banking solutions based on your business vertical, geographical locations, and other preferences. We shall support you all the way through the onboarding process (1. Application, 2. Integration, 3. Contracting) so that you can really focus on growing your business.

    For AML reasons we have to adhere to our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) policy and may request you to provide some personal information in order to fulfill the identification and authentication requirements.
  • What documents are required for merchant account opening?

    The documents listed here are of the most common documents acquiring banks require to open a merchant account. Please keep in mind that this is for directional purposes only, and that each acquiring bank has their own rules and list of documents they might request.
